CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) who can implement cutting edge initiatives to ensure the Lee County Tax Collector stays at the forefront of innovation in an effort to meet and exceed our customer needs. Collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team, the CIO aligns information technology strategy with LCTC purpose and values to ensure process improvement and organizational sustainability.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE:

The Customer Experience Representative provides a full range of service delivery activities that support the Customer Service or Call Center teams and engage our customers. The incumbent contributes to the smooth operations of the service center by ensuring individual service levels meet or exceed established benchmarks and align with the customer experience strategy for operational excellence and exceptional service quality.

DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST:

in search of a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented thinker with big ideas who can design, develop, implement, and maintain all digital media platforms for the Lee County Tax Collector. Must be fluent in best practices for growing social media platforms and managing websites that are easy to navigate and use with understandable content. You would be part of an innovative and influential communications team that is being built from the ground up to support the purpose and values of the Lee County Tax Collector.

The HR manager is a key contributor to the achievement of the talent strategy, ensuring the HR Team drives the attraction, engagement, development, and retention of the right talent for success.
