LCTC Volunteer Opportunities

We have incredible internal opportunities with three new employee groups designed to make a positive impact on our organization. Please read about each of them below. To express interest in participating on any of these teams, please complete the form below.

Brand Brigade: Enthusiastic about helping with events and promotions? Love engaging with our community in person and on social media? If so, the Brand Brigade is for you! You would be part of creating social media campaigns, planning and assisting with community and service center events and being an ambassador for LCTC. This team meets once a quarter and the time commitment will vary per month based on your interests.

In-Service Team: We are looking for creative team members to help plan a fun, interactive day of learning for our organization. You would be part of gathering input from colleagues, planning the theme, topics, and speakers, and assisting with preparation and day of logistics. The time commitment would be about an hour per month leading up to the October 9 inservice, plus about four hours of preparation on the day before and the day of.

Sunshine Committee: Are you interested in being part of a team focused on increasing employee engagement, boosting innovation and improving our culture? This reimagined committee will take the place of the Employee Recognition Team and the Employee Activities Committee.
