Active RFPs 

We invite qualified vendors and service providers to review and respond to the active RFP(s) listed below. Each RFP contains detailed instructions, requirements, and submission deadlines.

Current Opportunities 

  • Prequalification For General Construction, Renovations, and Repair Services
    Submission Deadline:  February 28, 2025 by 11:00 a.m.
    Scope of Work:   The Lee County Tax Collector’s Office (LCTC) is seeking to pre-qualify local-area general contracting firm(s) to provide general construction, renovations, and repairs services as needed.

Submission Instructions 

All proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline listed for each RFP. Late submissions will not be accepted. Ensure that all submission requirements are met, including:

  • Completion of all required forms
  • Adherence to the format and page limits as specified in the RFP.
  • Submission to the designated contact email or address as outlined in the RFP.

Evaluation Process 

All proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the RFP. Evaluation factors may include qualifications, experience, proposed approach, cost, and compliance with the RFP requirements.
