Disabled Parking Permit

For customers needing a Disabled Parking Permit.

Completed applications must be dated within the past 12 months.

Forms certified by out of state physicians must provide documentation of physician’s license in the other state with a signed statement verifying the physician’s knowledge of Florida’s eligibility guidelines.

For customers needing title, registration and/or license plate services.

When transferring ownership on a certificate of title from another state, the vehicle/ trailer will be subject to a VIN inspection.

Upon arrival, please park in a space close to the building entrance and proceed to the front desk.

The following types of vehicles are exempt from this requirement:
  • Trailers under 2000 lbs.
  • Mobile Homes
  • Travel/Camp Trailers
  • Off Highway Vehicles

When transferring ownership on a vehicle imported from another country, with a Registration only as proof of ownership (no title) from Vermont, or for any antique vehicle (30 years old or more) that does not currently have a Florida title, the VIN inspection must be completed at a FLHSMV Motor Services Regional Office.
